Roast Chicken, Tomato and Horseradish Wrap Recipe
Roast chicken, tomato and horseradish wraps are a healthy go-to for lunch or dinner, created by Flora specifically for those seeking a better diet. With heart healthy reduced fat ingredients and more than enough flavour, these wraps are a recipe worth cooking up.

Ingredients
- 150 grams roasted chicken breasts skinless and trimmed
- 20 cherry tomato
- 10 fresh chives sprigs
- 1 tbsp (intl) minced horseradish
- 2 multigrain tortillas
- 60 grams lettuce leaves
- 50 grams mixed sprouts

Instructions
- Finely shred the chicken.
- Quarter the cherry tomatoes. Finely chop the chives. Place in a small bowl with the horseradish and Flora ProActiv and mash together with a fork. Add the chicken and black pepper to taste.
- Spread the chicken and horseradish mixture evenly over the wraps. Top with lettuce leaves, tomatoes and mixed sprouts.
- Fold the wraps around the filling. Place on 2 plates and cut in halves.
