Portobello Mushrooms on Turkish Bread

A tasty way to start the day

Ingredients

  • 20 g / 1 tbsp Flora Pro.Activ Buttery or original
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 green onions, trimmed and sliced
  • 4 small portobello mushrooms, trimmed
  • 3 tsp kecap manis
  • 2 slices wholemeal Turkish bread, about 9 cm, toasted
  • 2 tbsp low-fat plain yoghurt

Directions

  1. Heat Flora pro-activ in a non-stick saucepan over a medium heat. Add the garlic and white part of the onions and cook 1-2 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
  2. Mix the kecap manis with a tbsp of water and stir into the mushrooms and when hot stir in the green part of the onions.
  3. Serve mushrooms on toasted Turkish bread with yoghurt.
  4. TIP – Kecap manis is sweet soy sauce and is available in supermarkets.
