Capsicum and Bocconcini Pizza

A vegetarian pizza that is sure to please

  • 20 g / 1 Flora Pro.Activ Buttery or original
  • 2 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red capsicum, green, yellow capsicums
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • 4 fresh baby bocconcini, about 100 g, sliced
  • 1 wholemeal pizza base of 32 cm
  • 1/2 cup trimmed fresh baby spinach leaves


  1. Pre-heat oven to 230°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Mix Flora pro-activ, garlic and rosemary in a bowl.
  3. Place pizza base on the prepared tray and spread with the garlic rosemary pro-activ. Cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle capsicum and pine nuts over the base and cook for 2 minutes. Arrange the Bocconcini over the pizza and cook for 1-2 minutes or until the Bocconcini begins to melt.
  4. Serve hot sprinkled with spinach leaves.
  5. TIP – Serve with a salad of extra spinach, tomato and pine nuts with a balsamic dressing for a main meal.
