  • PREP TIME 10 min
  • COOK TIME 10 min

  • 100 g snow peas trimmed
  • 100 g green beans trimmed
  • 1 cup frozen baby peas
  • 20 g / 1 tbsp Flora Pro.Activ Buttery or original
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 large or 2 medium garlic cloves peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup / 50 g almond kernels

  1. Bring a small amount of water to the boil in a saucepan. Add the snow peas and beans, cover and cook until they turn bright green. Add the peas and cook until they also turn bright green. Drain and place in a serving dish to keep warm.
  2. Heat Flora pro-activ and oil over a medium heat in a small non-stick saucepan. Add garlic; stir for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Remove immediately using a slotted spoon and place on paper towel. Add the almonds to the saucepan and cook for 1-2 minutes or until golden. Remove from the heat.
  3. Toss the almonds, Flora pro-activ and oil through the peas and beans and sprinkle over the garlic chips.
  4. Serve with char-grilled or grilled white fish, pork steak or chicken breast.
  5. TIP-A good dish to have with family, friends or guest that love garlic. If you don’t like garlic, you can make the dish with almonds alone.
